This Cheesy Tortellini Skillet Lasagna is great when you want that lasagna flavor but you don’t have the time to make it.   Prepared all in one skillet, you can have dinner ready in 20 minutes.

Shout out to Michele from Flavor Mosaic for this recipe idea.(http://flavormosaic.com/cheesy-tortellini-skillet-lasagna/)  It really was easy and fast and tastes great.  The whole family will enjoy it and the kiddos will want you to make it again for sure.

Change up the Tortellini flavor and the spaghetti sauce flavor and customize it to make it your own creation.  The crushed red pepper gives it a nice kick.   This is a warming comfort food that will become a go-to when you’re short on time.

Why not add a little Rigotta after you add the tortellina
