Artichoke Dip – I just made this, its simple and good!
3/4 C Mayonaise
1 pkg shredded taco cheese (I used 6 oz, but you could do 8oz or more probably. YUM)
1 can green chilis (I did the 4oz can diced)
1 can artichoke hearts (I did the 14oz diced can, then chopped more)
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Serve with tostada chips
