Here is a great little recipe that I found for Homemade Sloppy Joe’s. These were easy to make and the taste was great. I opted to put make sliders with them and put them on dinner rolls with 1/4 a slice of just regular ole American Cheese!

Sloppy Joe’s
1 lb ground beef
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3/4 cup catsup
2 tbsp flour
6 hamburger buns

Brown meat, celery and onions (add 1 tbsp of fat if meat is lean). Add all other ingredients and simmer about 20 minutes.
