This is an amazing little recipe that I found. I cooked it for dinner and YUM! Really good dish! I will be making this one again!

1 pkg Frozen Chopped Broccoli or Spinach (I used broccoli)
1 c Grated Colby Cheese (I used 2 cups)
2 c sliced chicken (I bought 2 packages of precooked chicken for ease)
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
8 oz Sour Cream
1 T Lemon Juice
1/2 cup bread crumbs; 1 T Butter (for this one I substituted crushed saltine crackers)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli following package directions. Arrange broccoli in greased, flat baking pan. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, sour cream and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle all over. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
